About the Role

Mass General Brigham is seeking a skilled Nursing Administrator to lead our nursing team in Cambridge, Massachusetts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative direction and leadership to nursing staff
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure resource availability for patient care needs
  • Develop and implement patient care policies and nursing standards
  • Participate in professional, institutional, and community organizations
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to monitor overall quality standards
Requirements
  • Graduate of an approved School of Nursing, BSN and Master's Degree in Nursing or related field required
  • Current licensure in Commonwealth of Massachusetts
  • Five years of clinical nursing experience required
  • Current nurse administrator experience
  • Leadership experience preferred
