We are currently seeking a skilled Front Desk Representative to join our team at the beautiful Hotel Don Fernando de Taos, Tapestry Collection by Hilton. This exceptional individual will provide top-notch guest service, ensuring that every stay is nothing short of unforgettable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver unparalleled customer service to guests, responding promptly to their needs and requests.
  • Process check-ins and check-outs efficiently, adhering to hotel requirements and policies.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring seamless communication with relevant departments.
  • Resolve guest complaints in a professional and courteous manner, striving for complete satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of one year's experience in customer-facing roles, preferably within the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience working with property management systems and other hotel software is highly desirable.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency is a significant advantage.
