Job Summary

This role involves providing high-quality care and companionship to patients in their homes, hospitals, or other care settings. As a CNA - Hospice Aide, you will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care that addresses the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families
  • Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes to the healthcare team
  • Participate in patient care conferences and contribute to the development of individualized care plans
  • Collaborate with nurses and other caregivers to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • A Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license
  • At least six months of experience in patient care, preferably in hospice, home health, ICU, geriatric, or oncology
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $42,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including:
