**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a dedicated Senior Therapeutic Program Manager to lead our counseling program at Sexual Trauma Awareness & Response (STAR). As a key member of our team, you will oversee the development and implementation of therapeutic interventions, manage staff supervision, and ensure high-quality services for survivors of sexual trauma.

Our mission is to support survivors, improve systems response, and create social change to end sexual violence. **Key Responsibilities:**
* Develop and maintain agency procedures to ensure consistency across branches
* Identify barriers and gaps in service delivery and develop solutions to overcome them
* Collaborate with the Director of Programs and Director of Grants and Operations to seek out grant funding and revenue streams
* Directly supervise Counselors, including facilitating team meetings, coaching sessions, and performance reviews
* Maintain an active caseload of STAR clients (8-15)
* Requirements for all Positions at STAR
* Commitment to carrying out STAR's mission, vision, and philosophy
* Adherence to STAR's core values, policies, and procedures
* Effective communication, problem-solving, and collaboration with diverse backgrounds
* Strong writing skills and quality documentation
* Professionalism with clients and co-workers
* Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

**Requirements:**
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., social work, psychology, counseling)
* 3+ years of experience in counseling or a related field
* Valid driver's license and working vehicle
* Mandatory 40 hours of sexual violence training within the first year of employment

**Compensation and Benefits:**
* Estimated salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience
