Business Development Representative

At Surge Staffing LLC, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities to drive revenue growth for our company.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales strategies to target new accounts and expand existing relationships
- Work closely with field management to plan and execute sales activities, including sales calls, presentations, and proposals
- Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue growth expectations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous business development experience, preferably in a sales or account management role
- Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and expanding customer relationships
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
