About the Role

City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Junior Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team in Salt Lake City. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving new business development and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients to drive sales growth.
  • Collaborate with the business development specialist to set up qualified appointments and pursue new leads.
  • Contribute to sales reports and provide key insights for team review.
  • Exhibit robust negotiation skills to close deals effectively and handle objections.
  • Work closely with team members to enhance results and foster a team-oriented sales environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of closing deals.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
  • Fast learner with a passion for sales and self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor's degree preferred.
