Job Summary:

Stability Direct is seeking a highly skilled Ultrasound Technologist to lead our ultrasound department in delivering high-quality patient care. As a Lead Ultrasound Technologist, you will be responsible for supervising and mentoring ultrasound technology and sonography personnel, overseeing quality assurance, and maintaining equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and mentor ultrasound technology and sonography personnel
  • Oversee quality assurance and maintain equipment
  • Act as an expert clinician and leader/resource to the healthcare team
  • Build a high-performing clinical work team by recruiting and retaining skilled professional staff
  • Set and strive to achieve goals for patient safety, quality of care, and compliance with regulatory requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in nursing or equivalent combination of education/related experience
  • Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice
  • Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • National specialty certification in area of expertise or in nursing administration
