Blaster Technician

At Advanced Coatings Inc, we're seeking a skilled Blaster Technician to join our team on 2nd shift at our West Bend, WI facility. As a key member of our paint shop, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality coatings for our customers.

As a Blaster Technician, you'll be responsible for:

• Working with assigned trainers to develop your skills and knowledge
• Performing daily blasting tasks to prepare surfaces for painting
• Monitoring shot and on-hand inventory levels
• Completing accurate and timely paperwork
• Other duties as assigned

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a job shop environment (not required but preferred)
• Basic math, reading, and writing skills
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills
• A strong work ethic and solid attendance history
