Job Overview

April ABA is seeking a well-rounded BCBA Apprentice to join our team. As a BCBA Apprentice, you will have the opportunity to learn from clinical industry leaders and contribute to a growing organization that prioritizes clinical values and progressive views in providing behavior analytic services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development of clinical systems and processes
  • Collaborate with clinicians and non-clinicians to achieve organizational goals
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities
  • Conduct clinical rotations in various areas, including OBM, severe challenging behavior, early learners, training/supervision/leadership, and verbal behavior

Requirements

  • Enrollment in a Master's level ABA program
  • Maintenance of all BACB-required documentation
  • Meet all internal organizational requirements
  • Participation in all group and individual supervision meetings
