Job Overview
April ABA is seeking a well-rounded BCBA Apprentice to join our team. As a BCBA Apprentice, you will have the opportunity to learn from clinical industry leaders and contribute to a growing organization that prioritizes clinical values and progressive views in providing behavior analytic services.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development of clinical systems and processes
- Collaborate with clinicians and non-clinicians to achieve organizational goals
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities
- Conduct clinical rotations in various areas, including OBM, severe challenging behavior, early learners, training/supervision/leadership, and verbal behavior
Requirements
- Enrollment in a Master's level ABA program
- Maintenance of all BACB-required documentation
- Meet all internal organizational requirements
- Participation in all group and individual supervision meetings
