Salary$45,000 - $60,000 per year based on experience and qualifications. We offer a competitive salary that reflects your value as a member of our team.

Job DescriptionAs a Sweet Treats Supervisor at Nothing Bundt Cakes #43, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our bakery. Your primary duties will include managing inventory, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and supervising a team of talented bakers. You will also be responsible for implementing quality control measures to ensure that every cake that leaves our bakery meets our high standards.

Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you must have excellent leadership skills, strong communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail. You should also be proficient in inventory management and have experience working in a fast-paced environment. A degree in culinary arts or a related field is preferred but not required.
