Program Facilitator

Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central New Mexico, Inc. is seeking a Program Facilitator to join our team. As a Program Facilitator, you will work with students and volunteers to form high-impact mentoring relationships through curriculum facilitation and weekly lessons.
Responsibilities:- Pair Engagement: Matching, match support, tracking, and facilitating mentor/mentee participation rates
- Engagement: Classroom instruction, coaching students, collaborating with unmatched students, and working with teachers and administration
- Mentor Engagement: Training, communicating regularly, and recruiting mentors
- Special Project Delivery: Developing/planning meaningful projects, coordinating team members and participants, and documenting experiences
Requirements:
BA required
Experience with program management
Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking
Commitment to innovation and process improvement
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Data management and reporting experience
Bilingual preferred
Educational experience preferred
Case management experience preferred
