Program Manager

At Bio-Techne, we are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to join our team. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet revenue and profitability goals established for assigned customers
- Grow the business through implementation of new products, services, and annual price increases
- Work collaboratively with internal teams on new product introductions and ensure product manufacturability
- Deliver a consistently high level of customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and minimum of 5 years relevant work experience
- Excellent selling, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Results-oriented, assertive, self-motivated, and possess strong organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task while maintaining quality
- Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
