We are seeking a talented Early Childhood Education Specialist to join our team at Chesterbrook Academy. As a Preschool Assistant Teacher, you will play a vital role in creating engaging and interactive learning environments for our students.

**Job Overview**

Our Preschool Assistant Teachers work collaboratively with our experienced educators to develop and implement curriculum that meets the unique needs of each child. You will be responsible for assisting in lesson planning, implementing educational activities, and maintaining a safe and clean learning environment.

**Responsibilities**

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in lesson planning and implementation
  • Maintaining a safe and clean learning environment
  • Collaborating with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum
  • Engaging with students in educational activities

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Able to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A minimum of one year of experience working with children
