About the Role
The Human Resources Coordinator role at MOI, Inc. is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and organized individual to support the HR team in various administrative tasks.

### Job Summary
A successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations. This position requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related software.

### Responsibilities
* Provide payroll back-up support and manage onboarding process
* Coordinate training sessions and seminars, including annual compliance trainings
* Schedules and organizes activities such as meetings, interviews, travel, and HR events
* Reviews and reconciles monthly billings from insurance providers
* Maintains electronic personnel files and provides administrative support to the HR team

### Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
* Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as an HR coordinator or relevant human resources/administrative position
* Experience with HR databases and HRIS/applicant tracking systems – ADP Workforce Now required
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills

### What We Offer
* Competitive salary range: $60,000 to $65,000 annually

### Additional Information
* Travel: Occasional regional travel to our offices located in Baltimore, DC, Richmond, and Virginia Beach
* Working Conditions: The work is performed in a general office environment with standard office equipment available
