Ultrasound Technologist Job Details

Supplemental Health Care is seeking a skilled Ultrasound Technologist to support a hospital in need of Sonographers. This is a travel job opportunity in West Valley City, Utah, with a 13-week contract and possibility to extend. The successful candidate will work 40 hours per week, with various shifts available.

Ultrasound Technologist Responsibilities

Prepare exam room and ultrasound equipment to conduct examinations
Recognize and record appropriate anatomy and pathology using sonographic equipment
Write reports based upon the scan results
Alert medical staff of any abnormalities

Requirements

Active certification by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS)
American Heart Association BLS
2 years of recent relevant experience
