Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Hybrid Licensed Therapist to join our team. As a key member, you'll work a 40-hour full-time schedule, including:

  • Average of 25 scheduled sessions per week, with flexibility to account for cancellations
  • Hours between 8am and 7pm (Pacific Time), Monday through Friday, with weekends off

Key Responsibilities:

  • Practice evidence-based psychotherapy for individual adults (18+) with varying levels of acuity, utilizing once-a-week teletherapy
  • Participate in weekly case consultation and wellness hours, monthly professional development, and bi-weekly cross-functional collaboration
  • Integrate technology into practice to provide data-driven care
  • Communicate with mental health providers and offer referrals as needed
  • Provide exceptional care to clients while maintaining the highest standards of privacy and confidentiality
  • Complete documentation in compliance with all relevant regulations and in a timely manner
  • Support client consults within your first 6-8 weeks to build a new hire caseload
Requirements
  • Licensed in Florida
  • One of the following license types: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) in Florida
  • Comfort commuting to the specified location 3 times a week
  • Clinical experience treating adult individuals (18+)
  • Experience practicing with evidence-based psychotherapies
  • Comfort incorporating clinical diagnostic and assessment instruments (e.g., PHQ-9) to monitor client progress and treatment outcomes
