We are seeking a seasoned Product Manager to join our team at Travis Credit Union. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional member experiences through innovative financial products.

About the Role:
  • This position plays a critical role in driving business growth through strategic product development and management.
  • As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch new products that meet the evolving needs of our members.
  • You will work closely with key stakeholders to identify market opportunities, analyze competitive landscapes, and develop data-driven strategies to drive business success.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the conceptualization, design, and deployment of specific value propositions and product design features.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and member behavior to inform product development decisions.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless product delivery, from concept to launch.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
  • Establish and manage relationships with third-party vendors, leveraging their expertise to enhance product offerings.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years of experience in product management, preferably in the financial industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching new products, with a focus on meeting or exceeding business targets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leaders.
  • Ability to think strategically, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
