Job DescriptionThis is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Visiting Professor of Pediatric Clinical Faculty. As a clinical faculty member, you will be responsible for implementing the college's philosophy, curriculum, and course objectives through clinical teaching and service. You will teach in a clinical setting, working closely with our partners to provide high-quality patient care.
- Develop and implement curriculum aligned with college outcomes and standards.
- Teach clinical courses, utilizing evidence-based practices and providing direct supervision and evaluation of nursing students.
- Evaluate student performance, providing constructive feedback and remediation as needed.
- Maintain current knowledge of agency policies, procedures, and expectations.
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A master's or doctoral degree in Nursing from a regionally accredited college or university.
- An unencumbered professional nursing license in Minnesota.
- At least two years of professional experience within the last five years in instruction as a registered nurse.
- Proof of COVID-19 vaccination may be required to teach at specific clinical partner sites.
The estimated salary for this position is between $75,000 and $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
