About This Role

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Bethesda Health. The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background, current licensure, and experience in long-term care. A keen ability to multitask, prioritize duties, and maintain composure in high-pressure situations is essential.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that cater to the unique needs and goals of each resident
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident assessments, interventions, and progress
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless coordination of care and effective communication
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and outcomes
  • Provide education and support to residents and their families on health-related topics and disease management
Requirements
  • Degree from an accredited school of nursing resulting in RN licensure
  • Current RN license in the state of employment
  • CPR/AED certification or willingness to obtain within six months
  • Long-term care experience preferred, but not required
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy objects using proper techniques
  • Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination when working with patients and equipment

Bethesda Health offers a competitive salary range of $68,000-$88,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as benefits such as medical, dental, and vision insurance, 403b plan, daily pay, bonuses, and career advancement opportunities.
