Job Opportunity Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leasing consultant to join our team in property management. This role is a temporary opportunity with the possibility of becoming a permanent position.

Estimated Salary: $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

About the Job

The successful candidate will be responsible for answering phone calls and greeting both current and prospective residents, qualifying prospective residents, and completing required paperwork.

They will also assist current residents with service requests and other concerns, as well as assist associates in tending to all functions of the community office.

  • Qualify prospective residents and complete required paperwork.
  • Assist current residents with service requests and other concerns.
  • Tour prospective residents and show them all amenities of the community and the apartment homes.
  • Assist management with resident functions and other related activities.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have a professional attitude and appearance, strong computer and communication skills, and experience in property management.

You should be available to work weekends, including Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, and have a strong understanding of software such as MRI, Appfolio, Yardi, Lead2Lease, and Knock.
