Mary Bridge Children's is the state-designated Level II Pediatric Trauma Center and the only pediatric hospital in Washington's South Sound Region dedicated to providing a comprehensive network of health services for children and adolescents. About the Role

As a Patient Care Technician, you will hone your clerical and communication skills, develop age-appropriate nursing care expertise, and collaborate to support patient care and services. You will perform a dynamic range of duties and functions throughout the hospital, assist in basic nursing care, transportation of patients, and clerical functions, and apply your strong interpersonal skills when providing care for patients across a diverse spectrum of ethnic and social groups.

Requirements

We are seeking individuals who meet the following requirements:

  • High school graduate or equivalent preferred
  • Medical Assistant-Registered Certification Eligible (Must apply within seven days of hire)
  • Must obtain Medical Assistant-Registered Certification within sixty days of hire
  • Nursing Assistant Certification/Licensure
  • Current BLS Certification
  • Recent bedside care experience in a healthcare environment
