Catholic Housing and Community Services is seeking a part-time Senior Community Program Assistant for its Senior Community Center in the Port Richmond neighborhood. The primary purpose of this role is to support planning, implementation, and documentation of educational, social, recreational, health-promoting, and inspirational programming for senior center members.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in community outreach and engagement, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They should be able to work effectively with older adults in a community setting respectful of their dignity and right to self-determination.

Responsibilities include assisting with activity planning, leading selected activities, maintaining attendance records, and promoting the center through various channels. Strong organizational and administrative skills are essential for success in this role.

We offer a competitive salary of $18.50 per hour (based on 20 hours/week), providing an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of seniors in our community.
