Senior Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary
The Senior Business Systems Analyst will work closely with product owners, subject matter experts, technology partners, and other stakeholders to drive digital adoption of product capabilities within the team's scope. The ideal candidate will utilize their business and technical acumen to continually improve product capabilities, user adoption, system administration, data integration, training, and support of the document management and knowledge products of the team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead improvement recommendations and present effectively to senior and executive management and global teams.
Present and lead client meetings with the business and development teams. Communicate with senior leaders for understanding and execution of cross-functional complex processes and applications to solve for client requirements.
Provide recommendations for appropriate systems alternatives and/or enhancements to current systems.
Partner with business teams to develop ways to investigate business performance and other measures to gain insight and drive business planning.
Lead and serve as a senior resource on cost-benefit and return on investment analyses for proposed systems to aid management in making implementation decisions.
Serve as a resource to colleagues, mentors, and help improve the team's abilities around all IT Service Management (ITSM) disciplines deployed.
Lead the development, execution, and creation of the cross-functional testing strategy communicating with all stakeholders for technology delivery.
Lead the planning, conducting, and documenting of user stories, user feedback. Effectively communicate feedback with senior leaders for technology improvement.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, related field, or equivalent experience. 5+ years of relevant experience, including enterprise applications management experience, is required. Experience delivering solutions and collaborating across different functions and locations is also required. Preferred experience in engineering document management, content services platforms, intelligent document processing solutions, enterprise asset management solutions, or similar content service platforms is a plus.
