You'll play a crucial role in ensuring our marketing technology stack is aligned, integrated, and fully leveraged. As a Marketing Technology Integration Specialist, you'll collaborate with stakeholders within the marketing department, revenue operations team, and beyond to ensure our technology supports our marketing strategies effectively.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Technology Stack Management: Oversee the entire marketing technology stack, ensuring all tools are correctly integrated and optimized for maximum efficiency and impact.
  • Vendor Management: Evaluate, select, and manage relationships with marketing technology vendors working closely with our vendor management team.
  • Issue Resolution: Quickly identify and resolve any technical issues within the marketing technology stack, ensuring minimal disruption to marketing operations.
  • Data Management: Ensure data integrity across platforms through regular audits and by establishing protocols for data management, including segmentation, tagging, and cleansing.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the rest of the Marketing Operations team and IT department to ensure the marketing technology stack aligns with broader company technology policies and security measures.
  • Innovation and Optimization: Continuously explore new tools, technologies, and practices that can enhance our marketing capabilities. Implement best practices for technology utilization, including automation, personalization, and analytics.
  • Training and Support: Provide ongoing training and support to marketing team members on existing and new technologies, ensuring they are fully leveraged within campaigns and projects.

The base salary range for this position based in our New York City office is targeted at $109,000 to $119,900 per year.
