Overview:
Randstad, the world's leading partner for talent, is a renowned staffing agency that connects businesses with top-notch professionals. We're seeking an ambitious Business Development Representative to join our dynamic team.

Salary and Benefits:
We offer a competitive $55,000 - $65,000 per year base salary, along with a bonus plan that rewards high-performing employees. Our hybrid work environment provides three days of in-office work and two days of field sales calls. You'll also enjoy wellness spending account, ergonomic reimbursement program, 3 weeks (15 days) paid vacation in your first 12 months, and additional care days.

Job Description:
As a Business Development Representative, you'll play a crucial role in identifying and connecting with companies in need of workforce solutions. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Identifying prospects in need of temporary and direct hire workforce services & solutions
• Developing strong relationships with hiring managers via phone, text, email, social media, in-person
• Executing activities that will gain results (lots of outbound cold calls, virtual, and on-site client meetings)
• Negotiating pricing to ensure maximum return on quality solutions
• Expanding our reach with a tech and personal touch approach

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you should have:

• 1-3 years of sales and business development experience
• A strong history of being the best at whatever you've done in the past
• Ability to connect with others through phone, video, social media, and in-person meetings
• Prior experience working in a team-oriented and fast-paced organization
• Track record of delivering results in a metrics-driven environment
• Passion for results, resilience, self-confidence, and the desire to do an exceptional job
• Possess a natural curiosity and relentless determination to make things happen – you like to WIN
