Medical Director

We are seeking a skilled Medical Director to lead our primary care team at Luminis Health. As a key member of our medical staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and education, maintaining licensure and continuing medical education credits, and communicating effectively with other physicians.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
• Maintain current licensure and continuing medical education credits as required by Maryland State Law
• Collaborate with other physicians to ensure seamless patient care and effective communication
• Take call for the group on scheduled days
• Perform duties in accordance with established routine procedures as set forth by the State of Maryland, AMA, and AAHS policies

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited school of medicine (Doctor degree)
• Completion of residency in a specified field of specialty

• Current state license to practice medicine, DEA, and CDS Board certificate in area of specialty

Working Conditions:

• Reasonable expectation of exposure to blood-borne pathogens
