About the Role:

Job Overview:

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate patient transfers between hospitals and facilities
  • Communicate with medical staff, patients, and families to ensure seamless transitions
  • Monitor and manage transfer processes to optimize efficiency and quality
Requirements:
  • Active Registered Nurse license in Virginia
  • ADN/ASN degree or higher from an accredited nursing program
Compensation:

The estimated annual salary range for this position is $52,830 to $155,064, depending on experience.
