Job SummaryThrifty White Pharmacy is seeking a highly skilled Pharmacy Clerk to provide exceptional customer service by completing sales transactions in a timely and accurate manner. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain patient confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service by building loyalty and repeat business.
  • Champion Thrifty White programs such as Ready Refill, Medication Synchronization, and HealthyPackRx, and assist with enrolling patients.
  • Receive, unpack, and check merchandise to verify all items are received and in acceptable condition. Stock, clean, and sort pharmacy products.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to company standards.
  • Develop a strong understanding of Thrifty White's products and services, and be able to communicate this knowledge to customers.
  • Work effectively in a team environment, providing support and assistance as needed.
  • Be available to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain patient confidentiality.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
