About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Environmental Services II Hospitality Associate to join our team at Frankfort Regional Medical Center. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean and safe environment for our patients, visitors, and staff.
Responsibilities
- Adhere to safety and sanitation protocols to ensure a clean and healthy environment.
- Maintain and adhere to Environmental Service uniform and personal appearance standards at all times.
- Report any hazards or unsafe work conditions to leadership.
- Collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities for patient experience improvement.
- Identify under-serviced and/or unserviced areas and develop strategies for efficient service delivery.
- Adapt cleaning processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Utilize supplies and resources efficiently to minimize waste.
Requirements
- High School Graduate or Equivalent.
- 2+ years of experience in healthcare, housekeeping, or a related field.
