Key Responsibilities:

  • Weigh and measure ingredients with precision
  • Mix and blend batters to create a variety of sweet and savory products
  • Roll, knead, cut, or shape dough to form a range of baked goods
  • Set oven temperatures and monitor or modify as needed to ensure optimal results
  • Ice, glaze, and decorate baked goods to meet our high standards
  • Prepare and maintain inventory to ensure efficient production
  • Clean and sanitize workstations and equipment to maintain a safe and healthy environment

Requirements:

  • Attention to detail in all aspects of baking
  • Dedication to working as a team towards a common goal
  • Experience as a Baker is a plus, but not required
