We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure effective outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the healthcare team to establish patient goals and evaluate progress.
- Analyze comprehensive patient information to determine nursing diagnoses.
- Continually utilize the nursing process to evaluate patient progress and apply appropriate interventions.
- Employ strategies to promote health and a safe and healthy environment.
- Care Planning: Demonstrates ability to anticipate resource needs, identify distinct tasks, set priorities, schedule activities, meet deadlines, and organize work within areas of direct responsibility.
- Nursing Patient Education: Possesses sufficient fundamental proficiency in providing patient education in practical applications of moderate difficulty.
- Nursing Patient Assessment & Evaluation: Possesses sufficient fundamental proficiency to successfully demonstrate the ability to assess and evaluate patients in practical applications of moderate difficulty.
- Evidence-Based Practice: Possesses sufficient fundamental proficiency to successfully search for evidence to answer clinical questions.
