About the Role:

  • Project Management: Oversee the full software development lifecycle, from initial concept through to deployment and maintenance, ensuring seamless project execution.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and quality, streamlining development workflows and introducing new tools and methodologies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product management, design, QA, and other departments to ensure seamless collaboration and successful product launches.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all software products meet our rigorous quality standards, implementing testing strategies, code reviews, and continuous integration practices.
  • Technology Expertise: Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies, frameworks, and industry trends, introducing new tools and technologies to the team to maintain a modern and efficient tech stack.
