About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sustainability Consultant with a strong background in sustainable supply chains, agri-food systems, and ESG data management to join our team at Cognizant.

Job Description

This role requires a hybrid approach, involving client-facing conversations on topics such as sustainable supply chain transparency, regulatory compliance (CSRD, EUDR), and ESG data strategy. You will lead business and data strategy projects, examining key opportunities across various client sustainability program maturity levels, requiring adaptability and ability to identify client needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead client conversations on sustainable supply chains, agri-food systems, and ESG data strategy.
  • Support business and data strategy projects as the supply chain sustainability expert.
  • Encourage forward-thinking solutions and collaborative communication to achieve business buy-in.
  • Partner with the sustainability team to create accelerators and reusable assets for client engagement.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Extensive experience in Salesforce Consumer Good Cloud Trace Monitor and Supply Chain Management.
  • Strong understanding of sustainable supply chains, agri-food systems, and ESG data management.
  • Ability to lead client-facing conversations and support business strategy projects.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
