Seasonal Roles

We're seeking talented individuals to join our seasonal team as Guest Advocates, General Merchandise Experts, Fulfillment Experts, Style Consultants, Inbound Experts, Food and Beverage Experts, and Tech Consultants. These roles offer a unique opportunity to develop skills and gain experience in retail business fundamentals, guest service, and sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional guest service, welcoming and thanking guests, and exceeding their expectations.
  • Support sales and service goals by executing daily and weekly workloads, and delivering on sales targets.
  • Work efficiently and effectively as part of a team to deliver a seamless guest experience.
  • Stock, set, and sell Target products, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
Requirements
  • A welcoming and helpful attitude towards guests and team members.
  • The ability to learn and adapt to current technology needs.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes.
