Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Store Team Manager in all areas of store operation, with a focus on training and coaching initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To actively support the Store Team Manager in all areas of store operation
  • To emphasize and model Plum Market's Customer Service standards
  • To observe and enforce quality in execution in each department
  • To monitor and coach adherence to Plum Market policies and compliance requirements
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A positive attitude and leadership experience
  • An ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and multitask effectively
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
  • The ability to work a variety of shifts and stand for up to 4 hours without a break
  • The ability to bend and stoop to grasp objects, climb ladders, lift loads up to 50 lbs unassisted, push and pull carts weighing up to 100 lbs unassisted
