The Production Assembler will play a crucial role in expanding our proven concept, with opportunities for growth and career development. This hands-on position involves performing intermediate to advanced electro-mechanical assembly operations and basic job set-ups.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assembling component parts into sub-assemblies and complete fixtures using complex wiring techniques
  • Performing functional test procedures as necessary
  • Reading and comprehending bills of materials and drawings
  • Setting up equipment using basic tools, jigs, and tests
  • Reviewing equipment protocols for complexity

The successful candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with relevant experience in manufacturing and assembly.

This role offers a competitive total compensation package, including a generous salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. Additional benefits include:
