As a Hardware Sales Specialist, you will be an integral part of our sales team at Ace Hardware. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every customer leaves our store satisfied and eager to return.

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual with retail sales experience, particularly in hardware. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and possess the ability to lift 60lbs regularly. Additionally, they should be comfortable standing for extended periods, often exceeding 8 hours per day.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
  • Assisting customers in finding the products they need.
  • Making recommendations to help customers complete their projects efficiently.
  • Stocking merchandise, maintaining store displays, and performing housekeeping duties.

About the Role:
