Salary Information
The estimated annual salary for this position is $85,000-$110,000 based on experience and qualifications.

Job Description
We are seeking a skilled nurse to facilitate communication and collaboration with the healthcare team and patient/family to identify and meet physical, emotional, and spiritual needs. The ideal candidate will promote optimal health, well-being, and safety through the use of the nursing process and adhere to patient care standards and guidelines.

Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate patient's physical, psychosocial, cultural, and spiritual needs through observation, interview, review of medical records & clinical data.
  • Develop and implement patient plan of care and observe outcomes in accordance with nursing standards and interdisciplinary team collaboration.
  • Demonstrate competency in therapeutic/diagnostic interventions including IVs, incision/wound care, medication administration, catheterization, and specimen collections.

Requirements:
  • An Associate Degree in Nursing or diploma from an accredited program.
  • One year of experience as a registered nurse preferred, with nursing skills and knowledge base specific to specialty.
  • A valid Registered Nurse license from a participating state in the National Licensure Compact.
  • Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association.
