Seeking a visionary Medical Director to lead INTEGRIS Health Hospice and Palliative Care in Oklahoma City.

The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with fellowship training in Hospice and Palliative Medicine, board certification or eligibility, and a medical license in Oklahoma.

In this role, you will oversee strategic planning, growth strategies, and operations in collaboration with INTEGRIS Leadership.

Your responsibilities will include mentorship of physicians and healthcare professionals, education and community awareness, and engagement with the Palliative Care Interdisciplinary Group (IDG) meetings.

You will also co-sign medication orders, participate in Huddles, and provide coverage at Hospice House and Hospice on call in rotation with other physicians.

We offer an employed position with sign-on and relocation incentives, comprehensive benefits, including medical, vision, dental, life insurance, disability coverage, and malpractice coverage with tail.

A competitive salary range is estimated at $250,000 - $300,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, based on national averages and industry standards in the United States.
