Culinary Ambassador

King's Fish House is seeking a skilled Culinary Ambassador to join our team in the Oyster Bar. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and serving raw bar dishes to our guests in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve raw bar dishes to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all health and safety standards.
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and high-quality dishes.
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional manner.
• Stay up-to-date with menu offerings and seasonal ingredients, making recommendations to guests as needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Previous culinary training or experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
• Ability to maintain complete knowledge of all menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods.
