Account Manager

Beacon Communications is seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales and design support team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and providing expert solutions to meet their security needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement security solutions that meet our clients' specific needs.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure our solutions remain competitive and effective.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the electronic security industry, with a strong background in sales and design support.
- Proven track record of success in developing and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
- Certifications or experience with leading security manufacturers, such as Genetec, Milestone, Lenel, Axis, Avigilon, Hanwha, March Networks, and Aiphone.
- Knowledge of security system design and implementation, including access control, CCTV, and intrusion detection.
- Ability to perform pre-construction needs assessments and develop solutions that meet our clients' needs.
- Excellent technical skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to clients and colleagues.
