Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Perinatal team at Williamson Health. As a vital member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality obstetric, neonatal, and gynecologic nursing care to patients in a compassionate and holistic manner.

This role requires a registered nurse with experience in perinatal healthcare delivery. You will be responsible for providing patient-centered care, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and making informed decisions to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients, identifying needs and developing individualized care plans.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Administer medications safely and accurately, adhering to hospital policies and procedures.
  • Document patient information accurately and timely.

Requirements
  • Licensed by the State of Tennessee.
  • BLS certification within 90 days of hire.
  • Minimum one year of perinatal experience preferred.
  • Certified Lactation Consultant or willing to obtain within six months of hire.
  • NRP certification within six months of hire.
