About the Role:

We're seeking an experienced Strategic Workforce Planner and Developer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing strategic workforce plans that align with our business goals. You'll work closely with leadership to forecast workforce needs, analyze trends, and create strategies to ensure we have the right talent in the right place at the right time.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive workforce planning models and forecasts to inform business decisions.
  • Analyze workforce data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities, and provide actionable insights to drive business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and department leaders to align workforce plans with business strategies and achieve organizational objectives.
  • Design and implement talent development programs to address skill gaps and enhance employee capabilities.
  • Create and manage a robust talent pipeline strategy to support current and future workforce needs.
  • Develop relationships with educational institutions, professional organizations, and industry partners to build talent pools and stay ahead of labor market trends.
  • Implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent for current and future roles, and lead workforce planning initiatives and projects to drive business results.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in workforce analytics or related field, with a strong background in data analysis and problem-solving.
  • Proven track record of developing and managing talent pipelines, with a focus on succession planning and talent development.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and workforce planning software, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
