About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Rental Account Manager to join our team at Ryder System. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue growth and customer acquisition targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and customer service.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in a rental or leasing industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
