Job Description

This position involves managing commercial success for our Biopharma product portfolio, identifying opportunities, generating leads, and conducting demonstrations and presentations. You will also develop smart concepts to build efficient sales processes and work closely with the executive management, product management, marketing team, and customer support.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and be responsible for commercial success in given territory for our entire Biopharma product portfolio
  • Identify opportunities, generate leads with accounts and arrange client meetings
  • Conduct compelling live or remote demonstrations and presentations to prospects
  • Develop and execute smart concepts to build efficient sales processes together with our product management and field support team
  • Represent our company at scientific conferences and trade fairs

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have a university degree in life sciences, biology, or a related field, or business administration with relevant experience in life sciences. Technical expertise with lab devices or a tech-savvy personality with a hands-on mentality is essential. Additionally, you should possess exemplary communication and confident negotiation skills, high self-motivation, good planning, and organizational skills.
