Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Master Metal Fabricator to join our team at Align Precision - Anaheim, Inc.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating Computer Numerically Controlled (CNC) metal working machines and be proficient in setting up and running 4 and 5 axis machines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Machining Operations: Set up and run CNC machines to fabricate metal parts with precision and accuracy.
  • Machine Monitoring: Monitor machine performance and detect any malfunctions or issues that may affect production.
  • Quality Control: Inspect finished products to ensure they meet specifications and standards.
  • Tool Management: Select, position, and secure tools in toolholders, and change tools as needed to maintain quality output.
Requirements:
  • Education and Experience: Equivalent to high school education or 1-2 years related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Certifications and Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $ $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
