Senior Commercial Roofing Project Coordinator

We are a leading commercial roofing company seeking an experienced project manager to join our team. As a Senior Commercial Roofing Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful completion of projects from inception to completion.
Job SummaryWe are offering a competitive salary of $90,000 per year for this exciting opportunity. In this role, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, creating and delivering project plans, reviewing project information with estimators, and setting up job estimates in our accounting system.
Key Responsibilities:- Create and deliver comprehensive project plans to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Review all project information with estimators, including contracts, budgets, job start and finish dates, and job requirements.
- Set up and enter overall project estimates into our accounting system to monitor and track associated costs.
- Schedule pre-job meetings, time-out meetings, and close-out meetings with relevant parties involved in the project.
- Monitor assigned projects to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
- Work closely with superintendents and foremen to ensure they have everything needed to complete jobs on time and within budget.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience working in a commercial roofing environment.
- Extensive knowledge of various commercial roofing systems, materials, and installation methods.
- Two or more years of experience directing large-scale commercial roofing projects, including interpreting roofing plans, determining roof types, estimating materials and hours, and evaluating roofing product acceptability.
- Strong understanding of state and local building codes, including Uniform Building Code, electrical, and plumbing codes.
- Ability to read, analyze, and comprehend drawings and specification documents.
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
