Job Summary:

PeaceHealth is seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our team at RiverBend. As a Wound and Ostomy specialist, you will provide high-quality patient care, working closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and treat patients with various types of wounds, including pressure ulcers and ostomies
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, incorporating evidence-based practices and patient-centered care
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination and communication
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families, promoting self-care and independence
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in wound and ostomy care, applying this knowledge to improve patient outcomes

Requirements:
