As a Registered Nurse on our Intensive Care Unit ICU team at Retreat Doctors' Hospital, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients and families, providing individualized care and support to those in need.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring vital signs
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account the unique needs and goals of each patient
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance patient outcomes
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Virginia or has a Compact license
- Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
