Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Hillside Work Scholarship Connection Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery and facilitation of academic and career enrichment planning and support to our youth.

As a key member of our team, you will engage in relationship building, support Youth Advocate implementation of programming, and develop processes to support the program. You will also mentor Specialist I staff and maintain academic, college, and career partner relationships.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of relevant work, volunteer, or higher education experience in human services, childhood or youth development, student mentoring, coaching adolescent youth, or a related field. A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field is required, and a Master's Degree is preferred.
